How do I access the NAM programming menu on my unlocked Samsung Instinct?



I just bought an unlocked Samsung Instinct, and I need to find out how to access the menu for NAM programming. Thanks in advance.

    #debugmenu# enter your MSL#

    Then enter your MSL#
