For it how could they most hosts doing that show plenty of ads as well something fishy.

Its a nice package, but maybe it will have some downtime problem, to get rid of that, you can use:

I would suggest 000webhost free hosting. They have no ads, 1.5GB of space, 100GB of monthly bandwidth and most of the basic things are supported. They also have a website autoinstaller which you can use to install shopping websites, forums, blogs and more with 1 click. I would say a free host is the best to start with, then you can switch to a payed one with more options if you need them.
