Which is the most complete website editor?

I need a website editor to be able to script and test ActionScript, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, Java, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Ajax. It doesn’t need to be all of them but most of them. You can list multiple editors if you want to.
